It’s Sons of Salmon time, which means it’s time for local hatcheries to send in letters about why they should win the money that we raised during 2021, and what they would do with it.
If you support hatcheries, the best thing you can do at this stage is make sure your hatchery contacts send in their letters and photos before November 15, 2021 directly to [email protected]. Questions? Reach out to us at the same or call us at 250-933-4399.
Hatchery Contest Closes November 15th, 2021
Vancouver Island fish hatcheries wanting a shot at the funds must send a letter by email (click here) no later than 11:59 PM October 15th. The letter must contain the following:
- About your hatchery
- Activities and challenges of 2021
- What the funds be used for /your current projects
- Photos of your hatchery, and/or team members
- Any additional information you feel is important
